What does the arrears on my bill mean?
The arrears is the amount left on your account from the previous month(s) that has not been paid yet.
What is the SDWP fee on my bill?
The SDWP fee is a $1.00 Safe Drinking fee that is standard on every water bill in the state of Louisiana.
When is my bill due?
All bills are due by the 15th of each month.
Can I pay my bill online?
